As for our repertoire, it is always evolving. We are curious about
what´s cooking in the kitchens around the world and are constantly
looking for new and surprising recipes: Thai or Vietnamese-
influenced menus for clients with a taste for the Far East; the
Pacific Rim for its aromatic and innovative cuisine popular in
Australia and California; classic Italian; fine French dishes and
even local comfort food.
And of course we like to look after vegetarians. We look far beyond
simple tofu to summer rolls, miso vegetables, risotto cakes and
strudel creations.

Her path is paved with saucepans on the way from head chef of several
renowned catering companies to independence wih Cato Catering. You
will benefit from her professional experience and creative advice.
Charlotte Sötje: our office angel and in-house council. Charlotte
Sötje will look after the organisation and the logistics of your
event and will also stir the pots with full enthusiasm if necessary.
